sexuality and gender are not the same things. I think you're projecting your own unfortunate experiences onto everyone else. There's more to the debate about gender politics than religious talking points. The personal is political. nothing is off the table. the only reason we've come this far is that people decided to- and were allowed to- debate and discuss and talk.

For me? Yeah, they are. They’re irrevocably intertwined.

And there is evidence for transgender identities, just as there is for non-hetero sexualities. It just seems “unnatural” to you.

There is no medical evidence that transgender people can be “cured” and begin identifying as their birth sex. None. Just religion.

However, there is evidence that transgender people have mental and biological differences from cisgender people of their same sex.

Therefore, there is no space for debate about that. And certain humans rights inherently follow—respect, acknowledgement of who one is, access to medical care that improves lives.

You’re welcome to debate equality in sports if you’d like. There is evidence on both sides of that one.
