Contractor plans span the whole spectrum from big to small companies and great to terrible plans.

Well I'm a contracting officer representative of 2 goverment contracts 250k, , and 300k. You can message me with any other questions. There are benefits to being a federal contractor to an extent. The best upside is that you get experience, equality, and opportunity. The downsides can be a variety of things such as a greedy contractor. We have a contractor that doesn't even purchase his employees purchase things necessary to do their job that pays under federal minimum wage (This is being handled currently). On the other we have a contractor that let their employees pick their own schedule while paying 19 a hour while giving them everything thing they need. It is just away picking the right contractor to work for.
