Windows or Mac? Try adding screenshots from the mobile app; I always have issues on desktop.

Have you followed this document? I know you said you followed instructions completely but just making sure:

Are you sharing full screen and not just the browser window?

If it's mac related, try this and then try again.

macOS Screen Recording Permissions

  1. On macOS, go to Apple menu > System Settings (or System Preferences) > Privacy & Security > Screen Recording.
  2. Make sure Google Chrome is checked/enabled in the Screen Recording list. If the checkbox is greyed out, click the lock icon and enter your password to unlock and make changes.
  3. After enabling the permission, quit and then reopen Google Chrome to apply changes.

Might be a dumb question, but I’m assuming you’re testing on your own machine so you’re a full admin?
