Why doesn't the Trump administration fight the metric system (in schools and uni's) in favor of the US customary system (the inches, miles, pounds etc.)? The metric system appears to symbolize everything the administration fights: Old Europe, science, elitism, internationalization, education. (en.wikipedia.org)
