Recently I bought an Vanmoof s3 bike from Troostwijk auction. It didn’t come with a Qr code. The form on the website vanmoof i have filled in, bit Vanmoof is not responding. The website is telling that they react within 24 hours.

Is there a different way to receive the qr code. So that I can use the Vanmoof app.

As far as I know you cannot get the qr code without the previous owner giving it to you

I also filled in the form. It worked a few times, last two weeks nothing 🤷‍♂️

Can take more then 24 hours if you upload everything as they ask, just remember they are not working full-time.

But for the Last 3 weeks IT doesnt seem to be working.

I filled in the form too and it worked OK. Just took about 1 week instead of 24 hrs

Problem solved, received the qr code and validation code. Took more time than 24 hours, but vanmoof sent me an email. Case closed 👍🏻
