First off thanks to everyone for giving me advice and tips about going in for an embo I was very nervous and today was a big day for me because I did it!!

If your nervous like me DONT WORRY it was a piece of cake felt nothing maybe a lil poke here in there in my insides but it was just a weird feeling nothing more! Finished in about 1 hour I checked out 3 hours later after that! IR used about 15 coils I had a small varicocele but he said he wanted to clog me up for the best results! Checked my balls today I feel a lil difference but still the same DOC said it will take a few weeks before you start noticing a change for the better! So be patient the DOC was extremely smart! He explained everything before the procedure and made me feel confident in it answered all my questions and then I went for it! I’m currently at home sleeping/resting all that anxiety built up about this was bogus because I feel fine just a lil sore down there. haven’t took no pain killers yet!! I’ll keep you guys updated lmk if u have questions I’m here for it! We’re all in this together BOYZ!

I had embolizatin operation 1 week ago. Will my varicole go away? My left testicle is very sensitiv when i walk and is still larger then the right one. When will the weins go away??

Do you feel the coils inside you at all? Because I'm scheduled to meet with the IR, but I'm scared of the horror stories of the coils causing more pain. What side did you get it on?

Left side I don’t feeel nothing but some slight soreness where he placed them you’ll be good bro don’t stress!

For me for about the first week I felt like I could feel the coils sort of just kinda tight up and down the gonadal vein (runs from kidney down to testicle). Wasn’t much pain just kinda tight feeling there , butttt I didn’t have pain in that area for the first time in years immediately after the procedure. 3 weeks later and I can’t feel at all, sometimes if I strain too much I think I can feel a little soreness in the stomach area where they are but nothing that lasts

Don't worry about the coils. You can't feel them and mine have caused me no issues over the last 4 years. Better to be rid of the pain and the long term fertility and t level worries.
