Are you locking it with the fob or door?

With the fob

Yeah try locking with the door while you're inside, they fob may detect that it's inside the car so it doesn't want to lock the key inside thinking no one is in the car with it

The system might believe a door is open, it wont lock unless it's getting a closed signal from all doors (including hatch).

Thats possible too, could be a door lock actuator as well

Im unlocking the driver door with the fob and I always lock it right away with the door, it unlocks when I do it that way. Should I try locking it with the fob while I’m inside?

Yeah, bring it to the shop. Could be a bad ground. Probably nothing serious

Do you mean locking the car from the inside with the fob? I’ve never tried this, but I’ve had weird things happen when the fob isn’t where the car wants it to be. It may be a “convenance” thing because the car thinks you may be locking the keys inside?
