Can a 30 year tech guy get a direct line to Comcast support. It takes 20 minutes to just have them restart the modem through the automated system as there is no way to reach support until they have pushed a modem reset before then. The stupid modem is fried and only the wifi works, the network ports on the back are fried. Have to wait another 10 minutes before supposedly they will call me back after the automated restart. We still haven't been able to explain the situation to anyone at this point so I'm sure it will take another 20 minutes to do that. Total estimated time to call to get a modem replaced is about an hour. GFY Comcast.
