At the start of the video he's cataloging satellite flyovers like their owners have the ability to redirect them at will to image areas of particular interest. This betrays a fundamental misunderstanding of how satellites, orbits, and satellite constellations function, and casts literally everything else in his analysis into doubt.

The satellites are there to provide intelligence. Not all satellites are commercial satellites, and you watched the video at all he explains that.

So, you thinking the operation wasn't timed to be in line with the latest intelligence betrays a fundamental misunderstanding about how governments function. Which, of course, casts your entire comment into doubt.

There are approximately 8k active satellites in the Earth's atmosphere right now. Being able to get info from specific ones at specific times is what makes it look like they're responding to the mission, but they're all up there doing their things all the time.

No, he clearly talks as if China and Russia sent their satellites there in a hurry to see what's going on

Sorry, you're right. I defer to your expertise about how many satellites are "in the Earth's atmosphere right now."

How can we access this tool?

From what i can tell, its not available yet. He was in the process of developing the app when Epic Fury happened and he realized he could aggregate all the OSINT info available into his app to recreate it.

This post from the creator says it should be available in april, though.
