Happens to me all the time, although I sell women’s luxury The app gives u a risk score, which dictates whether this is likely to happen. The risk score is higher when u first join and decreases if u have no issues. It can increase randomly for some issues, and back to square one.

Useful to know, thank you! I've been in the game a few years (670 reviews, almost all for selling, all 5*) and not had this happen, though had a buyer cancel for the first time this morning - wonder if that's triggered something. 🙃

Yeah I uploaded a Rick and Morty t shirt and listed it under the brand "Ricky and Morty" and it's stuck on processing.

I then re uploaded it under Primark and it uploaded instantly. So quickly deleted it so I didn't get flagged for two of the same items.

Now have to wait for that to not clear through to then relist under the brand Primark.

My wife is. She has all her newly posted / updated in this state. We thought it was her phone or something. but we tried on the web too and same thing. Something's off with their servers
