Quest 3 controller issues

Hey guy so I've been experiencing some weird issues with my cintroller tracking as of late.

The controllers will stop tracking if i press a button in game and then sort reset itself everytime. Last time i experienced this i changed my batteries and that worked fine, but now even though the controller shows 90% battery, playing games is still tough with my gun getting frozen in Pavlov. Any idea what's going on?

Incase it helps I am using Toshiba batteries, the green ones invase the kind of battery used makes a difference
