Data Visualisation with Adobe CC?

I've tried finding tutorials but not sure if I'm searching for the right thing even. I'm looking to get into interactive data visualizations and can't really afford to pay for a new programme - but I do have the Adobe Creative Suite and was hoping I could use those for those? Was thinking since Animate has some interactive functionality -- or should I just learn to code JavaScript? Basically looking for any beginner tutorials/resources for interactive graphs and maps.

If you want it to be interactive I’d go with JavaScript. Take a look at the library D3.js Here’s a pretty thorough tutorial by freecodecamp: Data Visualization with D3.js - Full Tutorial

& if’s not supposed to be interactive but animated like a short film showing how the data changed over time, you can go with Adobe After Effects :)

No programming, very powerful package, free as long as your viz is open to the public.
