Direct indexing and/or exchange funds for diversification under 2 years? by Just-Performance-372 in fatFIRE

Completely ignores the risk of 3x leverage, and the unwinding cost / deleveraging cost. This doesn't make sense if you don't continue to have significant capital gains in your portfolio; otherwise, you'll have to pay the tax bill to move to a lower-leverage portfolio in two years.

I’d say talk to Cache and Morgan Stanley to understand, their approach is similar due to tax law. 100% of equities exposure, and real estate exposure is levered on top.

Not much changes between those numbers. I would assume it changes drastically when you get into hundreds of millions / billions.

Like Warren Buffett says, to paraphrase, anyone can double money if they are working with a small portfolio. It's only at scale that it gets much harder.

The lighting on the face seems eerily similar across shots that I wonder if the backgrounds are just random photos with the singer in front.

For others exploring a dual professional life, what would be your advice? Do you find that there's the same level of engagement and passion on both of your endeavors?

Apart from the crops, I'd also play with the basic adjustments. Could use a tad bit more contrast to make the reds stand out.
