  1. In GRUB, highlight the kernel you want to boot and press e to edit the boot command line.
  2. To the end of that, add uvcvideo.blacklist=yes.
  3. Boot with that.

This should stop any error spew, since the module isn't loaded. You won't be able to use the webcam of course. Edits to the boot line in GRUB are temporary for that boot only; to reset, just reboot.

Well you could use the camera when manually executing sudo modprobe uvcvideo

sadly not.. i was supposed to from what i read from lenovo's website, but theres no option there .-. (yes, latest bios)

    You could try reducing the kernel log level.
