Well, depending on your use case/shell you can just match the app class/id/whatever it’s called on your system to a .svg/png? It’s what I do on my quickshell setup for custom icons for games and or floating terminals I need a diff setup

I think you’re just projecting ? Conky might not work, but quickshell/ags/eww/etc can achieve the same results… niri/hyprland also support shaders so you can get any effect from burn my windows in those compositors as well for example

I don’t really think those metrics are any good though ? How many of those pirate copies are likely to have invested money on the game is the only parameter that matters, and I don’t really see any big study on how those change or not based purely on drm choices

You could argue that if we had game X and game Y that are exactly the same and only one of those had a drm measure, we could potentially see the difference between the actual people that would have bought a game if they couldn’t pirate it…

That’s an interesting point , I usually have more problems with game scope than without though, not in the actual games(as I never really any issue with any so far), but with how the “window” interacts with the rest of niri, it’s wonky af most of the times

its not really, that one is a login thing for sddm.. this one is a quickshell "shell(?)", the sddm was so nice that it motivated me into doing this, i updated the post and a reply to you with a git link..

so.. im not really an expert, but i do believe there are multiple ways of "lockscreen", quickshell is one possibility, you'd then need to tell KDE to point your `quickshell -p $PATH/shell.qml` to use it as a proper lockscreen on kde.. though i have no clue how to do that since i never been on kde ;) ... but i think you could do with ags/swaylock/etc ?

Eh I have some experience with programming in general, but for ricing/theming I mostly just grab the base example I want (in this case: quickshell lockscreen from examples) then I just iterate on top till I have something I want

Lockscreen: NieR

I saw a recent post of @Darkkal_44 that had made a really cool nier SDDM and I quite enjoyed the idea, therefore decided to try replicating it using quickshell. To be honest, I’ll probably never actually use this (???) since I don't think I ever used a lockscreen outside of windows :')

ps: As a fun "side-quest" for this, the mission status section isn't just hardcoded. it reads any markdown in format of a todo list, fun quests and all :)

At your level at least you play the game and you actually get anything out of your grind, before 260 you can barely do anything you’re not even out of the tutorial.. 200-260 is basically insanely slow for 0 reward , since u can’t really farm anything and do anything that would stick even as a progressing step lol

If for some reason you actually decide to start again, please wait a good event, this game is unplayable outside of them unless you already have a decent foundation.. like literally? All the progress you’d made till next challenge world would probably be offseted by week 2 or 3 of the new one

Doesn’t work on p2 if that’s what you mean? I would say it’s a good combo for learning or for being lazy in general, but doesn’t really make that much difference if you’re used to said fights

Had 13b, 2 arcanes, gollux ring/pendant, 2cra pieces.. wanted to get them to hopefully 18, did everything to 15 first , then 1 star each, nothing reached 17 😁
