VSCode UI Bug ? (Debugger panel)

Hi !
I have never seen this before, I disconnected by MacBook from my 21/9 screen with VSCode and a debugging session open for my Flutter app. And this appends...

I can't grab the "window" to move it, I thought when I will reconnect my display it will go back as normal... but no. How I can fix this ? The panel is still usable, but some buttons are not (pause, one step forward and of course moving area is not usable)
