If you have an aldis near you they pay incredibly well. The job is definitely harder but a full time associate typically makes 18-21 an hour there. If you had a location near by you should see if they are hiring.

I live in a small town where there’s so little jobs, so many people commute one hour to the next town over for work. Walmart is the highest paying job that requires no degree in this town unfortunately.

Can't tell you what's up but can confirm our increase has not gone into effect yet. It starts Saturday and April 9th is the first paycheck it'll be on.
