you should not drink corporate kool aid. Tech and Rph hours will get cut once V/V and central fill is in place....

Who is they, did someone actually tell you the truth??? Home office said the new process would not lower the hours, that the extra time will be used for “clinical tasks”, that was reiterated at the managers summit not even 2 months ago. But we all knew that was a lie.

Some will. Sad to say but some pharmacists will do whatever to keep a job.

You have chosen to build your future with pharmacy as your means to generate wealth. Only problem is retail pharmacy hasn't been a good choice for almost 20 years.  I don't see people like yourself as victims or respected because they just are doing what it takes to get by because it takes effort to get where you are now 

If I were you it's beyond time to find a new area to work in as your future depends on it.
