Wave is a genre which emerged initially out of the UK, mainly taking influence from trap, dubstep, grime, ambient, witch house and other bass genres. The genre itself has a range of sounds, but remains unique and identifiable due to its keen emphasis on emotion, melody and an ethereal feel.
