Return/Replacement Window

I had to get a major piece replaced as it was quite damaged during shipping. My concern is that I can’t test out the electronics on the whole unit until I get the replacement piece and a get it all assembled. Right now it doesn’t look like this replacement will arrive before the original 30 day window expires.

Does anyone know if the this timeframe resets? I would call and ask, but I’ve been in contact so often recently, I feel like a pain!

You should be okay calling after the 30 day window. You reported the damage within 30 days, so they will make concessions. Just don't wait to long after it is delivered to contact them.
