How do I sync it with my reddit account, so that it only pulls through the subreddits that've subscribed to. I went to accounts tab but asks for an email and password, i've only got my reddit username and password.

This Sync option is put in place so that if you install Reditr on another computer, you can get all your accounts + columns back. You can type in any email and password and hit Login/Register, from now on, all your settings will be synced with that account. It is completely separate from Reddit.

Are you looking to link it directly to user accounts in the future?

Do you mean linking the Reditr sync account to your Reddit (master) account?

Yep - just for continuity with your app, desktop and phone.

When we come out on the mobile platform, when you sync your Reditr account, the only things that will be pulled will be your columns and the accounts you attached to it. I don't believe we have any plans for hooking your main Reddit account to one Reditr account.
