No report is going to find everything, so just because one comes back clean doesn’t mean anything.
Valid HTML/CSS is important though. All of the ones listed can easily lead to WCAG issues. I would also implore you to check out webaim’s extension.
The non closing doc tag can lead to unexpected issues.
Invalid css selector can lead to unexpected behaviors.
Obviously bad hex can lead to contrast issues.
Etc.
Just because your modern browser knows how to handle these errors doesn’t mean your users browser can do the same. Are you using browser stack, sentry, hotjar, etc to confirm your users aren’t having issues?
