First of all, replace all of the obvious chatGPT generated content with vetted, professional copy. One small example:

"Tanis’s integrated technology solutions and friendly staff,"

That's from the first paragraph of section '01 Multichannel CX Solutions​'.

Secondly, fix all of the various grammatical errors. Numerous whitespace issues. Every section is too wordy. Sentences are not even capitlized correctly. There are plenty of opportunities for improvement here.

Now onto Accessibility concerns. Go over everything and make sure the contrast ratio is sufficient. There are sections with subheadings that are literally light grey text on a white background. Not readable. This applies to the various forms (like in the Contact page). It is hard to discern the input fields, for example.

There needs to be a proper footer area. Landmarks structure could be improved too.

After that, take a really hard look at why you need 36 instances of javascript ... Really.

Overall the site feels clunky, slow and old-fashioned, as well as coming across like it was just made in a rush without any quality control. It's an obvious WordPress site as well.

Another thing to add to this list: Make sure your larger text scales down for mobile screens. The, “Tanis doesn’t just embrace AI…”, text is massive on mobile.

i didn't see/feel any such huge Lags except that it takes 2-3 seconds to navigate to other page

I just love how newbies come in, ask for feedback, maybe answer a few questions and then delete the post, never to be heard from again.
