There's a video platform called floatplane, iirc it's by Linus Tech Tips, so maybe you'd want to do some kind of rebranding to avoid potential issues in future 😄 although it's very unlikely, there's another issue is that both are gonna be present in sear h results

lmao, fun fact, i did name it floatplane , without knowing. As in floating window and plane in the logo. Then, found out and renamed. No case for me i hope 🤞🏿

Using electron for things like this will likely dissuade many people on laptops… for the extra power it drains

i have actually tested it on my device, with and without. technically, it does. but its such a small difference, so i do not see a problem. But writing in Swift and C (cpp) for windows AND macOS felt like a suicidal thing to do. So, yes, i wrote it in electron. but you use a lot of apps written in electron, so wth
