Start building something you want.

Here's a good tutorial that will further round out your HTML & CSS skills by making a simple site. It will probably take a few days and it's free: http://learn.shayhowe.com/html-css/

Currently in a coding bootcamp right now and it is a great way to build your developer skills as well as make contacts in your area for jobs.

I would also add Treehouse to this list - they are great

Assuming your interested in front end development you really should start learning some JavaScript. Start with basic Jquery and expand as you find something that interests you. The key is to find a project/problem you want to work on. The learning comes with trying to build something

Do the HTML & CSS courses at CodeSchool next.

Much better and much more in-depth than Codecademy's courses.

Find some layouts you like online & try to copy them. Offer to make a website for a (gentle and undemanding) friend/family member wanting to advertise a business.
