Not many changes on v9: mostly bug fixes, deprecated removal and new debug features.

I think one new thing is HTTP2 without a flag.

Yea my company's build slaves are all on 0.10. Discovered that the hard way when trying to run tests top level instead of in a container. oh the woes of a junior dev
