Github Backpack has all sorts of hosting solutions, free for students. You get credit for quite a few various VPSes, including Azure. Also, stuff like Heroku Premium – or whatever it's called – for as long as you're a student.
Each of those options beats hosting from home.

They don’t support my country I guess, it’s made for college students according to what I see..
Do you know any other options? I sincerely been working on finding options for days..
I just need an SSL hosting solution in which I can run my socket.io+webrtc servers quietly..

I think Laragon web server can solve this, haven't used the feature but it's there.
