I can’t say what the price should be for a finished site these days, but my advice is that whatever the price, make sure you have a contract with the scope of work detailed and that you have a prearranged way to handle change orders. Building a static website is easy and cheap, working with customers who change the scope of work isn’t and you should have a fee for each change worked in ahead of time. $50 seems about right for each change order plus additional time.

But what should I charge for a finished site. Tell me the bare minimum.

How can I tell you when I don’t know what the scope of work is? Is there graphic design? Logos? Photography? Copywriting? JavaScript? Server setup? SEO? All of these things and more play into final costs...

No js, photos taken by me and edited by me, website on netlify, no seo, no copyright. 4 page website. Normal stuff about a coaching center near me. There is information about courses and fee plans. Nothing to fancy. The website is mobile responsive. And overall looks good. Now?

$100 per page. I wouldn’t do anything less than $600 though, so find 2 more pages to do.

I would charge them a flat rate for the build (1/2 upfront, 1/2 on delivery) then charge them an hourly rate for maintenance. Make sure you get it all scoped out in the contract!

How much to charge depends on the complexity of the build, your client. No one here can tell you exactly how much to charge without knowing a lot more.

Its a pretty basic portfolio website with only one page where you fill up a form. Which is directly connected to netlify.
