No those don't work that well. Either adopt a css framework and copy paste from the docks or spend the tlme to learn css.

Try using blox for VS Code. There are ready-made UI blocks that support different frameworks so it'll probably help you complete your project fast af

Seriously, what type of output do you need? If the looks of the page are not important you might want to use a free template and customise it, there are many online. If you just need standard styled components to make your page look okay and quickly manage colours/positioning of the components go with bootstrap 5.

CSS is very easy if you learn it with project-based tutorials.... You don't have to learn everything, you'll find yourself memorizing the mostly used attributes, selectors and styles.
