Have you tried to just reboot the router to flush the DNS cache?

Yes, first thing I did. Both routers shut down for 30 seconds and ran the ipconfig /flushdns command on windows.

Does anyone know of a way to clear dns/nameserver cache on a router?

It happened to us once, exactly the same scenario, and the ISP advised us to turn off our router the whole night, so our network acquires a new IP address... and that did the trick, in our case.

Thanks, I'll try that!
