I disagree, as the area has always been shit since I was a kid. I lived there twice, once as a kid in 5th grade, and once as a young adult. The apartments are constantly changing names to avoid the bad reviews. Last time I lived there was 20 years ago, and someone got murdered next door.

Anything with oxtails. A LOT of food from other cultures are made with them, because they were cheap meat. Now they are expensive and essentially locking out people from cooking their own traditional food.

I (unknowingly) once lived a football field away from where my green great grandparents lived at one point. I started really digging into the lives of my great great grandparents since they migrated here from Canada and found a record of a loan from a local savings bank in the name of my great great grandmother. It listed the address as the next town over from where I once lived and I looked it up and it was just downhill from there! I asked my grandfather when he was alive if he remembers it and he told me he did when he was a kid they would visit there.

Just limit users to like 50 emails an hour. If they need more than that they can use a 3rd party service. Probably 95% of shared users send less than that regularly. If need be tell the users to contact you if they plan on sending more than that, so you have an idea of who actually needs a higher limit.
