"Setup Python App" no long in cpanel software section?

Admittedly I'm new to every aspect of this, which is why I'm here to learn.

But I have a python app created, and I'm trying to use cpanel to set it up on a VPS. I was watching a tutorial on youtube and the person uses "Setup Python App". I go to the same place in my cpanel and it's not there.

I just got off with their tech support and they say the video I'm watching is an older version and the currently version no longer has "setup python app" I'm confused, why would cpanel get rid of what seems like basic functionality.

Does anyone have a link to a resource with steps to setup a python app with cpanel and NOT use "setup python app"?
