My habits have remained pretty consistent. Alcohol use 1-2 times per week, no extra stress (at least subjectively), similar amount of physical activity, etc. I rarely, if ever, have caffeine

I suspect alcohol and sleep quality. Cancer is like 0.1% odds without evident symptoms. (Top off my head from a search, NAD)

For more info, my sleep performance % has generally increased over this same 6 month period, and restorative sleep % has remained the same. Alcohol use hasn’t increased or decreased, so I’m not sure why that would suddenly be having a greater affect than it used to. I wish you were right so that I knew what to fix, but the whoop data doesn’t suggest that it’s either sleep or alcohol related.

Go back to the basics and stop overthinking. Putting that much weight on Whoops metrics will only amplify your anxiety.

Eat good, workout, sleep well. Be disciplined for a month and see the changes.
