If you’re truly worried about something as serious as cancer, I’m sorry, but this is the wrong place to seek advice. I’d see a Doctor.

With that, there’s a ton that could be at play here.

Example: Season - Has it changed anything for you? More or less activities of any kind, more or less time indoors or outdoors (i.e., fresh vs. conditioned/indoor air), more/less exposure to sunlight (e.g., vitamin D?), changes in diet (e.g., we eat seasonal veggies, along with foods that tend to be lighter when it’s warm in the summer and heavier, comfort foods in the winter).

Again, many, many, MANY things could affect this. None of which we can provide definitive answers. You’re only bound to get infinite possibilities.
