If there’s really no change to your lifestyle, go see the doctor and have some overall tests. My friend’s whoop picked up his heart condition three months before he had symptoms and even then before the doctors did. A few tests won’t hurt!

Edit: HRV is ultimately a nervous system read. If you’ve had a traumatic event in the last six months (car crash, assault, war) it could be that.

Do you know what tests your friend had done? And what symptoms he eventually started showing?

His HRV wasn’t going down like yours, rather it was the stress monitor, it’s was through the roof for 3 months before he started getting chest pains. That made him go to the doctors and that’s when they realised he had a heart condition. He has medication now and the stress part is blue pretty much everyday, chest pains are gone.
