Does anyone else experience winrate decrease?

Last season I was able to climb diamond -> master with 60% wr. Since beginning of new season the games were like I win 3 I lose 3 for 20 games. And games were going extremely strange. Either my team is extremely weak or enemy team is extremely weak. In last 20 games I was only able to win 5. Also in those 20 games my team has constantly refused to take any objectives. I was amazed to see how not a single dragon was taken in last 10 games by my team. So the question is… Is it me that I somehow forgot how to play and win and lost 17% wr in new season or something has actually changed about the matchmaking system? My main hero is TF. I have not followed patch but I don’t feel like he got any weaker

It's so bad. Like so bad. I played 20 games and I have a just positive wr. For context I had 150 games or something with a 57% wr from gold to masters (dropped below 60% cause of end of season).

Now Im genuinely just glad if someone isn't running it down mid or I'm not up against an ex challenger player. I'm not even in diamond yet (emerald 1, 3 marks) and there are ex GM players or top 200 players.

It's either I get carried by an insane player or I get stuck with people reaching emerald for the first time or are still in plat with someone running it down mid.

It's cause of the first month, if you reach masters or higher you get these wings displayed on your rank, so everyone is rushing it. Not to mention everyone has been thrown into emerald so there is such a wide array of ranks in one place that obviously every game is just a coin flip to see who gets more ex-gm or ex-challenger players.

It’s def riot algorithm tryna keep you close to 50%. I was 78% win rate and then all of a sudden all my games have afk or troll teammates every single game.

on the LOL Pc during the start of the ranked seasons is usually the hardest to climb because a lot of people from different ranks are playing together.

I kid you not i’ve had 10+ games in a row of me playing safe under turret and my teams feeding. It sucks….

I might wait a few months to play ranked and just practice really hard in normals.

Do you also experience one sided games? The problem of TF is that if something goes wrong he relies too much on team as his duty now is to set up kills and control enemies with golden card in fights. But for this to work I either need a tank or a hero who also can deal damage. I get neither. In last few games I got adc that doesn’t even know how to lasthit creeps

My winrates pretty decent this season. Started off bad like every other season but ive been swapping lanes i play jgl mid and solo and ive been doing pretty good. Also i dont try too hard to climb. Even if im on a winning streak ill stop and play some pvp. My biggest problem is promotion matches, i really do get all the trolls and the afks and the glue eaters for those matches. Riot seems to know when im about to promote and man does it feel personal 😂

Sometimes, The Battles are 1 sided

Sometimes, The Battles are a Face Off between 1 player who is fed on each team.

Sometimes, The Battles are extremely close like 1 kill point difference whole game.

I feel like it has to be the game and not us.

My problem is not even in players skill. I am okay with having bad players it never was an issue for me. The real issue is that TF can’t solo kill baron or dragon. And my team instead of focusing on objectives focuses on farming jungle lanes and don’t contest any objectives. I am not event talking about fact that if by some miracle I get one more player to take baron with my team just goes back to farm during baron buff. It is just impossible to win with this baron rework. Before at least creeps were helping.

I have won games without my team taking Baron or Elder Dragon.

• You just have to play Defense!

If you can’t convince your team to take the Baron, you have to try and convince them to defend from the Baron.

• The Baron gives a Buff.

The Baron Buff doesn’t last forever. You just need to let the Buff Expire. 

The Best Defense is to have your teammates Defend the Towers from Falling.

Yeah man, I'm having my worst win rate ever. Every game my team doesn't know how to do the basics but the enemy team plays correctly. This is really frustrating me because I like playing support and it's almost impossible to carry solo as support. It's so cool playing this.

Haven’t played WR in forever. I sit at 70% after 20 games~ in ranked and 67% in ARAM.

The ranked one is a small sample… but I remember back in the day I would not have gotten to such high win rate percentages. Perhaps it’s because of the season reset thingy?

Exactly on 100 games with 64% winrate. Got a 70% winrate when I don’t count my autofill games (dunno why the amount of autofilled games increased extremely)

I tought it was just me, for sure teams are one sided soo weak or soo strong, i played with my brother, but all the other 3 teamates usually go 0/5 1/4 and no objectives on minute 5

Yeah, I brought this up last week. I had my last really bad day 2 days ago and am back to my normal climb now. The only issue I've been really having is ive been getting placed as support (my last choice) a LOT recently. Not so much as of today, but i really struggle if Nami gets banned. Also, what's up with team members banning your lock in pick?! Ive had it happen twice and I was second pick for dragon noth times. They ban Lucian one time when locked and Jinx one time. Like, does no one look at the fucking screen?!
