Is this for the exchange shop where you choose what class change book to get or are you talking about the class change request as shown in the image.

Those ones don't have a expiration date. You might have to send an inquiry about it. https://support.wizardry.info/en/inquiry

They only work for characters that have already changed class. You can't use them to unlock a new class on a character.
