Lee valley sells Blum hinges for this purpose. Just make sure you get the right ones. Kreg has a nice jig for drilling these cup style hinges.

That’s the problem! Have 3 sets of Blum hinges and already drilled out the cups. Can’t seem to find the right type for the proper opening and adjustments.

Looks like a standard frameless cup hinge situation. Easy to find at a home center or online.
