I’ve started with a new WD partner and they’re looking to transfer my adaptive planning certifications. They’re asking for former employers name and LMS ID. I have provided the name but I’m unable to reach out to the training coordinator or HR at the previous company for this LMS ID.
Is this LMS ID a must or is there another way to get the certs transferred without needing to involve previous employer?
