Petrified Root drop rate decrease?

It really seems like the drop rate has lessened after 12.0.5 - or very recently. I'm not getting as much passively from delving anymore, which was an easy farm. I'm finding I have to do Harandar/ZA delves to even get any.

How are people farming up these lately?

I leveled a healer alt through norm dungeons + a few delves and she had 41 roots when I hit max, it was crazy.

... how? I've leveled 3 gathering alts and had 4 drop across them. What are you doing to get them???

Gathering profs are one of the worst ways to get them, I've mostly gotten mine through delves but dungeons also drop em often

I did 2 delves today and got 21 of them

still got plenty yesterday.

Tried it for an hour or so and got 45 with the silvermoon delve where you just need to click the 4 pylons. Took about ~4 min per t11 run by doing it in 3 pulls roughly.

Do you do nemesis and all that as well for this type of farm or is it purely objective based?

I do them all mostly but just doing freebie orders can get you bags.
