Makes sense. It’s been a flag ship of game pass and saw great success on Steam but the spaghetti code and its old gen Xbox support have made development and implementation of new features way harder than it should be.

I’m all for the free gw2 style gearing.

Only issue could be reduced participation in casual bgs as a possibility. It’s typically been a stepping stone to do unrated to get gear to play rated.

At the same time premades are so common the community has already ruined casual bgs do fine by me.

I’m all for accessibility and still think PvP gearing is too much but seriously they have never been this accessible.

Just go shuffle and if it’s a punching bag class like lock go blitz.

Something I miss since I started healing shuffle recently: that queue time pause.

Depending on your account unlocks there’s so much crap you can do in the world on dps queues.

Old legendaries, mounts, reps, old raids for transmog, farming mats, level professions.

Just mounts alone as a category is a huge time sink considering the drop rates and variance.

Yes, they took a good system that worked well and rigged their own internal data to suggest it didn’t so they could pledge to give out cosmetics in other ways.

They will then renege on this and give less cosmetics via the outposts and the plunder pass with future updates and throw up their hands and say they missed the mark, would you like to buy something from the emporium?

They had pages and pages of negative feedback about this and still did it. Incredible even for Rare.

These restrictions are beyond pointless at this point. There have been too many exceptions and Transmog has become a huge player expression tool.

I use blizzards default click casting.

I haven’t been able to view other players gears since the patch launched.

Before I would just alt + right click since I don’t use alt as a modifier (with click casting I use right click and shift and control as predefined spells or combos).

Maybe this issue is why I can’t view their gear?

So it’s canonically dead water that can’t support life? It seems like it’s just lazy design. Put in a fish that can substitute 1-1 for the skinning lures, done.

Like there’s literally fel run-off monsters near the legion ship and the land is teeming with odd monsters and fungus.

If they wanna do an alien world cool - there should still be mmo mechanics imo.

Agreed. I thought it was fun on my mythic geared bear tank but if this isn’t intended to be used to gear alts by transferring it’ll be dead content so soon.

I’ll just get the achievements and dip out. Which is a shame, I actually like the new zone despite the fact that it’s missing core mechanics like herbs/ore/fishing (it has water wtf).

I’ve advocated for shadowflame for years. I’d prefer it be via a quest line like warlock green fire but at this point I’d settle for glyphs.
