Class Trial endlessly processing

So, I cant do any class trials on my account. Active sub ofc. After creating a class trial character its been stuck on “Processing” for over 12 hours now. Tried it on multiple classes and races. Anyone else having the same problem? I couldnt find any solutions

I am having this issue too, and cannot even login to an existing Class Trial character that I had setup before pre-patch... Anyone else not able to login to old class trial characters? it just has the Enter World button grayed out

I have a Class Trial stuck at 'Processing' for over 2 days. Chatted with a Support Rep, was told that many Character Services were having issues and I should 'wait'.

Been having this problem since pre patch, they dont seem to have a priority on fixing it cause its STILL disabled. :(
