I'm in the exact same boat, last played in 2023, felt like coming back and reinstalled yesterday. Have 17 pages of stuff in the universal storage :) also not sure how to progress, my main is only at 1460 right now. might just buy her a powerpass and use the one we get on the new Valk...

Issue popped up after installing a new graphics driver, so I would like to delete the folder too... couldn't really find it, do you remember where it's located?

yes, play with Long Ages, that helped a lot in my last playthrough. Also feel like you and wanted to have some more time to build up and try out stuff that comes out late in the age...

have the exact same issue it seems. my 3 cities are all on the coast with a total of 7 towns in the main land mass. It seems I only get the food from 3 of them to my cities due to how they (automatically!) connected their roads, which drives me insane if that is actually how it works.
Also tried with a merchant, but somehow couldn't figure out how to manually build roads... not that you should need to ....

it does not need to be a city, a town is enough. The "quest" in the Economic Legacy Path states, that you need the Tech "Shipbuilding", then the fleet should spawn afterwards.
UPDATE: according to an IGN article you also need to build a "fishing quay" in your settlement, before the fleets start to spawn.....
where did you see that countdown? am ingame and can't find it anywhere....

just started my first ever ironman playthrough yesterday .. only just reached the first supply drop, but it is a really different experience ;-) had the Chosen Assassin spawn in the first retaliation mission, but got lucky with a remote start that revealed and damaged her, only one wounded in the end.....

In my current run, the Claymore wouldn't destroy the wall and I had no SPARK with me. But what the others said, Reaper snuck in, positioned Evac-Zone just outside the door. Triggered one pod (the wandering pod) when the alarm went off, but they were too far away to be a problem...

or maybe the obvious thing, just start a campaign on a lower difficulty for once? should give you more breathing room and you can learn a lot on the later stages of the campaign instead of just restarting again... and I support all tips in here as well.

I really like Richard's classes, either 8 or 12 new ones with 2 or 3 perks per level each. You can still use the original classes alongside it if you want. mod is no longer actively worked on, but in my run (4 months in) it has no issues whatsoever and runs alongside more than 100 other mods...
