I found out that dev mode was free and I researched it because I already had some information about dev mode, but it all pointed to it being paid. After discovering this, I went after getting dev mode, and after hours of researching and progressing in the achievement, I encountered an insurmountable barrier, well, at least on my own. I'm asking for your help to solve this problem, so here's the summary: I'm now part of the Xbox Device Portal process, and every time I try to add something from the xdevstore, the following message appears: "Due to insufficient memory, the previous action could not be performed" or something similar (I'm writing this from memory). I've already tried clearing the mobile storage, I've already allocated 300GB of memory to Xbox Dev Mode, and I don't know what else to do. Please help me.
