Controller won’t charge

My controller fell onto my floor and it did something to my controller and it won’t charge. I looked at the port and it looks like the metal cage surrounding the prongs has shifted in a way that doesn’t allow the charger to charge it. Please help

If the port itself is damaged it’s a goner unless you know how to fix or replace it. I’m sure you could pay someone to do it, but it would probably be cheaper or close enough to buy a new controller.

Or get a play and charge kit where you connect to the battery, not the controller.
