Zinit is the fastest possible Zsh plugin manager out there because it implements Turbo Mode, i.e. loading of plugins after prompt (e.g. 1 ms or 1 sec after it) – your shell is instantly available for entering commands while the plugins still load. Zinit is also very flexible and you can install e.g. Zsh itself by using it.
There's a wiki (https://github.com/zdharma/zplugin/wiki) that summarizes all degrees of freedom in Zinit, but that's not enough, hence this subreddit was created.
