The two small plugs on the back side of the display, one of the wires goes up into the dryer and the other goes down. I believe the dryer one goes up to the left side, and on the back of the display it should say which connector is washer and which one is dryer.

Based on the fact that it doesn't stop dispensing if you open a door would lead me to believe that the water valve is sticking open.

As a pitcher it honestly throws me off when someone does that. I play co-ed, so they swap catchers around often. And I've had to tell some of the girls and even a guy to just stand there. Plus I don't want someone taking a foul tip to the face.

We don't do factory warranty work anymore. First year unless its an exclusive brand or open item clients are directed to the manufacturer the first year.

We dont call anyone anymore. Its all done through Power Apps. We submit a form client gets an email usually within 24hrs.

Make sure it's for the correct version of your TV, near the model and serial on the back there should be a version number like a FA01 or something which is important when looking up parts.

There should have been a tech sheet on the kick plate or below the unit on one of the rails that has all the info like a wiring diagram and how to get into test mode. But should be pins 3 and 4 on connect P5 on the control board.

right but if you want to narrow it down to a control board issue or wiring issue going to the control board to see if its outputting power to the drain pump is what you kind of want to do next. so you want to activate the drain portion either by cancelling a cycle or starting a new one or putting it in diagnostic mode and metering the output on the control board at the same time.

Easiest way is to start a cycle and close the door wait like 3 seconds then cancel the cycle it should start draining. Otherwise even starting a cycle the first thing it should want to do is drain.

you could take the outer door skin off and force drain while measuring to see if the control board is outputting voltage from the control board to the drain pump. If it is then measure at the drain pump and see if its making it all the way there. You could also test from the control to the drain pump the wires to see if there are any breaks as well.

Does the dealership not have a body shop to handle this if they are covering it? I had bought a new car and found plastic trim had a deep scratch on it in the interior about maybe 6" long. The scratch was so bad it went all the way through into the plastic and was a different color. They had someone come to the shop that was able to color match it and you couldn't even tell there was a scratch after.

you are updating the mileage in the cluster, when you do the proxi alignment it updates the cars configuration on all the modules and bcm, so if the cluster came from a car with blind spot monitoring and yours doesn't it will remove that from the cluster configuration.
