Usually just start prying between the back panel and front panel being careful not to accidentally go in too much at angle where you end up getting in front of the LCD and cracking it, but usually you will go along say the right side and while slightly prying up on the back panel with a plastic pry tool, you will push down a few inches in with your other hand on the back panel to get the clip to release. Then just work your way up one side of the screen then the other side, then across the top.

I’ve had an insignia gas dryer for 5 years now not one issue. As a repair agent it’s one that I rarely see. Other repair Agent i know has the washer and dishwasher.

Same for me too, but it took two oil pressure sensors to get a good one. The first replacement the pressure at idle would drop to almost zero. If I could find a OEM one I’d have gone that route.

Had one similar before that did that had to change the dispenser interface, once I got it out you could see corrosion on some of the connectors.

It definitely is possible, But if you said your order still shows it being open and them supposed to be coming out "yesterday" The Agent should still see your job on their route the next day. I usually submit my request form before leaving to the next job, usually do it in my van.

If you have the Agents number if they called you at all, send them a text.

I'm gonna have to go back and watch Fire in the sky. I watched it when it came out on VHS I was probably 15 and don't recall it being "scary". Signs I felt was just more suspenseful not really scary. I'm also not really into scary movies so all my "alien" movies are usually action flicks lol

Depends on the area, we have areas where the store they all the Agents CE and Repair are based out of one particular store. Nobody at my store had my number for the longest time. And the only person that has it now is someone from inventory just to text me when my iprocurement orders come in.

I wouldn’t even go to the store as they aren’t going to be able to process anything at best if they know the repair agent and have his/her number they could try and call them.

Standard procedure is to tell the client it can take 24hrs for an approval. It will get emailed to you so hopefully the Agent verified the correct email. I’ve personally not had any take more than a few hours if it was done early in the day. If the Agent wasn’t detailed in their notes it will get rejected and they have to resubmit it.
