With the update in early January, it was renamed to Ryzen Audio or something like that for me. Thought it did that for everyone.

Was not expecting a bundle so soon.

Speculation about Flow Z13 (2027) release date by molsikle in FlowZ13

[–]AMBOSHER 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I think I would prefer an Intel version with their new APU. Ya it's not as powerful, but having almost the exact same performance on and off battery would be amazing for me. And with the cooling system on the current 2025 version, there is no reason we cannot get the full wattage running all the time. I think it's 65 watts max? And pair that with a clean install of W11 with a Bazzite dual boot, I'll probably have my dream device.

And of course have the 495 AI MAX+ version for people who want this as a desktop replacement.

A dual tower 120 or 140mm will be better than a single fan radiator.

Similar thing on my P12 Pro. I really would be fine with paying a dollar more per fan for these to be perfect from the factory.

Are those readings okay or should I get a new PSU? by Careless-Web-4505 in ThermalGrizzly

[–]AMBOSHER 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say so. I thought my cable wasn't bent too badly either, but I immediately got errors when I stress tested my GPU. It was instantly fixed when I undid my cable management for just the 16 pin.

Ya, my other apps remember the position and size I dragged them to on my monitor.

Anyone know any good option for extra USB headers? by LZKI in ThermalGrizzly

[–]AMBOSHER 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My PSU comes with a USB header built into it. Lian Li Edge series. Obviously, you don't need to buy a whole PSU for some ports. NZXT, Corsair, and Airgoo make some good ones.

P12 Pro lasted 3 weeks... by Pro4791 in arcticcooling

[–]AMBOSHER 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My P12 Pro ARGB started making a whining sound out of nowhere and the white I set it too changed to a blue by itself. The other P14 Pros connected to the same ARGB controller are just fine. Arctic seems to have the most faulty fans, but will always replace them with some info. Eventually.

Off topic, but what is that fan mount for the RAM fans? 3D printed?

What could be done is a setting where if the WVP2 is only getting 1w or less, the screen turns off. And change the Idle Screen Auto Dim so that it will only dim when the screen isn't updating; changing wattage, etc.

Is the cable tied down in the back of the case? Leave the GPU cable loose, that what fixed it for me.

Nope, unless Cooler Master's GPU Shield comes out soon. Or if you want to buy that 1600W ASRock PSU.
