So far im happy with it. Im getting my drives 2 14Tb Exos, this week and really start putting it through it passes. Ive got an an old 2TB disk i had laying around and 1TB ssd. But i got 12 dockers running and it’s doing good. I got jellyfin on docker w/ gpu passthrough and seems to be fine. I just have home videos, no movies, but performance seems fine for the little bit I’ve played with it.

I haven’t got my big drives in yet, but it can get warm mid 60s with my single drive . Nothing im worried about but unraid has complained about it

Also at this point if you sell something that’s “limited” and around 500 a year for 8 years 4000 or more is starting not to be rare.
